Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR | Net Asset Value (NAV) decreased by 7.3% in March 2026 to USD 5.42 per share

Castle Private Equity AG announces that the company’s net asset value (NAV) decreased by 7.3% in March 2026, as also reported in the separately published monthly newsletter.

The decrease is primarily attributable to a significant decline in the share price of StubHub Holdings, a listed portfolio company of the Index Ventures III fund.

Due to the advanced maturity of the portfolio and the increased proportion of listed companies, higher volatility in the net asset value – both downward and upward – is to be expected going forward
