2019 annual report release

Castle Private Equity's 2019 annual report is now available on the Castle Private Equity website at www.castlepe.com.

The key developments are as follows:

• NAV growth of 0.9 per cent to USD 14.97 per share during the course of 2019, when including distributions to shareholders.
• During the past year, Castle Private Equity AG returned over USD 57 million of capital to shareholders via different share buyback programs and capital repayments.

​​​​​​The company’s 2020 annual general meeting is scheduled to take place on 12 May 2020 at its offices in Pfaeffikon in Switzerland.
