Announcement 2017 annual report release

Castle Private Equity's 2017 annual report is now available on the Castle Private Equity website at www.castlepe.com.

The key developments are as follows:

• Further NAV growth of 8.8 per cent to USD 18.52 per share during the course of 2017.
• During the past year, Castle Private Equity AG returned over USD 43 million of capital to shareholders via different share buyback programs.

The share price of Castle Private Equity closed the year at CHF 17.90 per share, an increase of 16.6 per cent over the previous year, representing a discount to NAV of 0.8 per cent as per year end 2017.

The company’s 2018 annual general meeting is scheduled to take place on 14 May 2018 at its offices in Pfaeffikon in Switzerland.
